Protaras Holiday Villa Christiana is a new and spacious villa just 2 minute's walk to the Beach and walking distance to amenities located between Crystal Springs Beach and Ayia Triada Beach.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including two comfortable sofabeds, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet and a fully equipped kitchen.
The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed, two twin bedrooms with two large single beds each and the family bathroom.
The garden area offers a mature garden, high quality furniture and a good builtin BBQ.
Christiana is fully air-conditioned, fully equipped and offers high speed internet as wel as sattelite TV with streaming service. Overall Christiana is ideal for a family holiday.
Protaras Holiday Villa Christiana is located in quiet locations of Protaras-Ayia Triada area, just 2 minutes' walk to the beach. The nearest beach is Begafigo, which offers a good sailing club with training facilities for children. Crystal Springs Beach is about 500m from the villa while the picturesque Ayia Trida Beach with the small fishing harbor and church is about 650 meters on the oposite direction. Sirina Bay is about 1km from the villa. Within a 500 metre radius you will find a doctor, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water-sports, organised beach and much more.
About 1.5km away is is Kalamies which is a white sand beach next to the picturesque fishing harbor of Golden Coast and just a bit further down is Pernera centre. There can be found many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc).
Protaras offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving night-life in the summer months and all within walking distance from the villa. Pernera which year on year is increasing in popularity and is quickly becoming as popular as central Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nightlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Pernera is fantastic for everyone!
There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 14km away.
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
