Protaras Holiday Villa Elena 3 is a beautiful and perfectly maintained home, situated in one of the best locations of Protaras, walking distance to all the main spots, but in a quiet and tranquil location just a few meters from the sea front.
The ground floor features an open plan kitchen, living room and dining area that opens up into pergola covered patio overlooking the pool and garden area. The fitted kitchen is modern, fully equipped and offers all modern appliances. The spacious living room is complete with a dining table, sofas and chairs as well as a large flat screen satellite TV and many board games. The living room area opens up into a pergola covered patio area featuring a large dining table, the perfect spot to enjoy a family dinner or a quiet drink on a hot summer day.
The ground floor also features a twin bedroom and a shower room.
The upper floor features two twin bedrooms, one with it’s own WC, a family bathroom and the large master bedroom which also offers a comfortable veranda and great sea views.
The house is fully air-conditioned and is complete with a mature garden, large private pool, build in BBQ and free unlimited high speed Wi-Fi.
Protaras Holiday Villa Elena 3 is located in a quiet cul-de-sac just about 100m from the new scenic seafront walk way that joins Protaras and Pernera.
You can find restaurants, bars, pubs, pharmacies and all amenities within the walking distance. The central Protaras Strip and Sunrise Beach is only 10 minutes' walk away and Pernera Centre is only about 7 minutes' walk.
Protaras, a more family-oriented resort for children of all ages has features the best beaches of Cyprus, all with crystal clear waters and white sand, the most famous of which are the Blue Flag Awarded Fig Tree Bay, Sunrise Beach, Pernera and Konnos Bay. All the main beaches have a water-sports center where you can enjoy water-ski, scuba diving, flyfish, windsurfing, SUP, sailing, deep sea fishing and just about every watersport you want.

At Agia Napa take in the island’s culture with a visit to the Thalassa museum, created around a sea theme and with its life size replica of an ancient sailing ship found sunk off the island’s north coast.
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.

This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighborhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
