Protaras Sirina Waterfront Villa is beachfront villa located in a prestigious and quiet area right next to the famous Sirina Bay, a relatively secret spot favoured mostly by the local tourists.

This child friendly, 4 bedroom villa features a large private, mature and lawn covered garden ideal for sunbathing and relaxation and just a few steps from the beach. Sirina Waterfront House offers ample outside furniture both for dinning and sunbathing as well as a fully equipped BBQ.

The ground floors is an open plan living room area that opens up to the front garden and is complete with comfortable sofas, dinning table and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table as well as a guest WC.

The upper floor features the 4 bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom offers en-suite shower, a large double bed and beautiful sea views. The second bedroom also with a large double bed and similar sea views, the third bedroom is also double while the fourth offers two large single beds.

Sirina Waterfront Villa is fully equipped and furnished to highest standards, fully air-conditioned and offers free private high speed internet and satellite TV with both Russian as well as English Speaking channels.

At Central Protaras only 2 kms away, there can be found many beautiful beaches and the famous Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach with lots of water sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any watersport you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.

There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the villa, less than three minutes’ drive away is the more local town of Ayia Triada/Pernera, with its own 'strip of restaurants which are favoured amongst the locals for the their high quality. Within 5 minutes’ walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbor the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.

There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Central Protaras with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk or for sundowners/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.

Kalena Seafront Holiday Villa is a jewel to be treasured situated in quiet location of Protaras Centre just three minutes' walk to Fig Tree Bay and the Central Protaras Strip.

Protaras Villa Kalena Seafront is a seafront villa with unobstructed sea views ideally located in the centre of the lively resort of Protaras on the Fig Tree Bay Pensinsula and short 3-minute walk to Central Protaras Strip and overlooking the scenic area of Capo Greko. within a 5 -minute walk from the villa you will find all amenities that the resort has to offer.

A comfortable to walk footpath provides easy access to the sea directly in front of the villa. Even though this is not a sandy beach, the waters are crystal clear and super clean. The Villa is about 30 meters from the seashore of Cape Greco, a pristine Mediterranean landscape, inviting during the spring to autumn seasons, and great for outdoor hikes and nature trips during the winter. This environmentally sensitive coastal area belongs to the Cape Greco National Park, a rugged landmass of dramatic features that has been sculpted by the cape's weather into an amazing number of bays, coves and projecting headlands, with a rich history dating back to neolithic times. The Park is laced with minute forms of nature, tiny survivors on rocky, dry grounds, tough small trees wedged in impossible positions and acres of pines above this coastline. The entry points to the sea are many, some do require an adventurous disposition.
