Protaras Holiday Villa Anemoni is located in the heart of Central Protaras and yet in a relatively quiet area. The location of the villa is ideal for a family vacation as within walking distance you will find everything, bars, restaurants, children playgrounds, pharmacies, clinic and of course the best beaches in Cyprus.

Villa Anemoni is a new, spacious & modern house that features all modern facilities and equipment. The ground floor features an open plan fully equipped kitchen / living room area with a large breakfast bar modern furniture and two large screen TVs.

The second floor offers three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a large double bed and ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed while the third bedroom features two single beds. On this floor ther is also the family bathroom. With a further double sofa bed on the ground floor Villa Anemoni can comfortably slepp 8 persons.

Furhter up the stairs there is a spacious pergola covered roof garden furnished with a table and chairs that offer beutiful seaviews of Protaras.

The summer time in Cyprus is meant to be spent by the pool and Villa Anmeoni has the best to offer in this respect. The large overflow private swimming pool is situated in a spacious plt with surrounded by artificial grass and trees. There are plenty of sun loungers for sunbathing and tables and chairs under a beautiful breezy covered pergola for those hot summer days as well as a traditional charcoal based BBQ.
Protaras Holiday Villa Anemoni is walking distance to the Central Protaras Strip where you will find all the main bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, clinic, general amenities and the best beaches of Cyprus all with white sand and crystal clear blue water.

Within 10-minute walk there can be found many beautiful beaches including Sunrise Beach and a bit further down the famous Fig Tree Bay with lots of water-sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any water-sports you may want. Kalena Seafront Holiday Villa is a jewel to be treasured situated in quiet location of Protaras Centre just three minutes' walk to Fig Tree Bay and the Central Protaras Strip.

Protaras Villa Kalena Seafront is a seafront villa with unobstructed sea views ideally located in the centre of the lively resort of Protaras on the Fig Tree Bay Pensinsula and short 3-minute walk to Central Protaras Strip and overlooking the scenic area of Capo Greko. within a 5 -minute walk from the villa you will find all amenities that the resort has to offer.

A comfortable to walk footpath provides easy access to the sea directly in front of the villa. Even though this is not a sandy beach, the waters are crystal clear and super clean. The nearest organised Beach is Fig Tree Bay and is only about 3 minutes' walk from the villa, a Blue Flag white-sand beach voted as on the Best Beaches in Europe.

This environmentally sensitive coastal area belongs to the Cape Greco National Park, a rugged landmass of dramatic features that has been sculpted by the cape's weather into an amazing number of bays, coves and projecting headlands, with a rich history dating back to neolithic times. The Park is laced with minute forms of nature, tiny survivors on rocky, dry grounds, tough small trees wedged in impossible positions and acres of pines above this coastline. The entry points to the sea are many, some do require an adventurous disposition.
