Periyiali Seaside Villa 33 is a magnificent 4-bedroom villa part of Periyiali Konnos Beach Resort. The resort is positioned on a clifftop of Cape Greco National Forest Park, overlooking the torques waters of the Mediterranean Sea and offering the guests privacy, tranquillity of a 5-star resort.
The ground floor offers an open plan living room and dining area as well as a fully equipped high-tech kitchen. The wide patio doors open up to join the interior with a comfortable semi-covered veranda and the pool patio, overlooking the private swimming pool and the well-maintained garden.
The upper floor features 3 spacious bedrooms, one of which offers side sea views. All bedrooms have queen sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is in the underground level, is equipped with two large sofa beds and also offers en-suite shower.
Further up, the villa offers a roof terrace equipped with a gas BBQ and a cozy beanbag settee.
Periyiali is a secure, gated, and guarded resort and the villa offers private gated parking for two cars.
Periyiali 33 is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned and offers high speed Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, BBQ, modern and comfortable furniture as well as higher-class electrical appliances, the villa offers you the comfort of home away from home.
The nearest beach to Periyiali Resort is Konnos Bay a Blue Flag, white sand beach with crystal clear blue waters which can be accessed via a footpath along the cliff. Within a five to ten minutes’ drive from the resort, the regions of Protaras and Ayia Napa offer numerous beautiful beaches, a thriving nightlife, museums, amazing scuba diving sites, and all sorts of water sports.
Periyiali is a relaxation and wellness resort. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property, and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.

Very large clean villa in a great location. The pool size was excellent as were the bedrooms. Cannot fault this villa for the time we were there.

Not that it mattered to us as there was only two of us, but the way the villa is set up with seating and loungers etc it could lead to separation for people who have 8 in the villa. Again, not that it affected our stay, but there is no TV in the basesee more

There are plenty of sun loungers for sunbathing and tables and chairs under a beautiful breezy covered pergola for those hot summer days as well as a traditional charcoal based BBQ.
Protaras Holiday Villa Anemoni is walking distance to the Central Protaras Strip where you will find all the main bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, clinic, general amenities and the best beaches of Cyprus all with white sand and crystal clear blue water.

Protaras Holiday Green Bay Villa is a spacious detached 3-bedroom villa with a beautiful patio and just 5 minute's walk from the picturesquel Green Bay Beach with crystal clear blue waters and white sand.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, air-condition throughout, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV with a a full range of English, Russian and some European channels.
