    Protaras Holiday Villa Marilia is a modern, cosy and comfortable holiday villa with private pool and patio in one of the best location of Protaras close to Fig Tree Bay and Central Protaras Strip.

    Both indoor as well as outdoor the villa is equipped with simple yet elegant and modern, high quality furniture and all the necessary electrical appliances.

    The ground floor features an open plan living room with two comfortable sofa-beds, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen and dining table as well as a guest WC. The patio doors unfold and join the outdoor area that offers a private swimming pool, furnished patio, BBQ and parking.

    The first floor offers two large bedrooms both, one with a double bed and one with two single beds as well as the family bathroom. On request we can offer baby cots.

    Villa Marilia is a cosy and elegant property in a quiet cul-de-sac on the coast of Central Protaras, a mere 10 minutes’ walk from the famous Bue Flag beach of Fig Tree Bay know for its crystal clear waters and white sand beach. Closer to the villa, about 2-minute walk there is a smaller beach ideal for a relaxing swim.

    The Central Protaras Strip is within walking distance where you can find all restaurants and taverns, lounge bars, pubs, supermarkets, shops, clinic, pharmacies and much more.

    Situated in the most exclusive, residential area in the heart of Protaras and yet far from the crowd and noise Villa Marillia is ideal for a family holiday or a romantic break.

    This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.

The management team were excellent in assisting us with any enquiries we had. Very professional nothing was too much trouble. We arrived late and they left for us some items of food and water which was very welcome. Not that we watched much TV but we were pleasantly surprised that they have sky sports and British tv which from our experience is very unusual. For those that are visiting the area for the first time this is a great location. When you leave the villa turn right and then right again towards the sea. Here you will find a boardwalk which takes you to fig tree bay which is lit up at night and the view is excellent. You can get to fig tree bay by walking along the main road but this is a great alternative.

    My wife is going to recommend the place to her friends definitely.

      The whole outside area is fully decked and the landscaped garden provides adequate privacy from the neighboring properties. The BBQ is very well though of and the LED lights around the pool create a very nice atmosphere for your evening parties.

      Villa Chateau Blanc is located in one of the best locations in Pernera. Within a 100 metre radius you will find a doctors, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and much more. Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is fastly becoming as popular as neighbouring town Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nighlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Pernera is fantastic for everyone!

      Protaras Holiday Villa Stef is a traditional 2-bedroom holliday house in a quiet and unique location on the coast of Protaras, a mere 2 minutes walk from Fig Tree Bay, probably the best beach in the Med, with crystal clear waters and pure white sandy beach. The villa is practcally in Nausicaa Hotel Apartments in the heart of Protaras and yet far from the crowd and noise because of its ideal location. It is within walking distance from restaurants and taverns, pubs, supermarkets, shops and pharmacies.

      Villa Stef is a very comfortable holiday villa surrounded by lovely Mediterranean style garden including hibiscus plants, fragrant jasmines, bougainvilleas and olive trees.
