Protaras Holiday Villa Eponine, a unique and modern seafront property, designed, furnished and equipped with top-notch luxury and the ad most care to detail. The minimal and modern design, the colors and style of the Greek island house and the breathtaking views of the crystal clear blue waters of the Mediterranean are the characteristics of this beautiful house.
The ground floor features a large living room and an open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining table. The large balcony doors open wide to the pool terrace to join the outside with the indoor areas into a large living space that enjoys unobstructed sea views from every corner.
The ground floor also offers a double bedroom and a guest WC and shower. At the lower floor there is twin bedroom with en-suite shower and a mini kitchenette as well as a games room that features a large flat screen TV, gaming console and a double sofa bed.
On the first floor there is a further three bedrooms. One double and one twin both en-suite and the very spacious master bedroom with a unique designer bathroom with full glass window looking past the bedroom onto the seafront.
For your own comfort and peace of mind the whole house is fitted with a state of the art security and fire alarm. Eponine is fully air-conditioned and there is also under-floor central heating individually controlled in every room, free Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV with English and Russian Speaking channels.
Overall Eponine has to be the most precious property in the whole of Protaras region
Pernera - Protaras Holiday Villa Eponine is a seafront property located in a quiet area of Protaras between Crystal Springs beach and Ayia Triada beach near the Crystal Springs Hotel and only 2 minutes’ walk from a child friendly sandy beach.
At Central Protaras only 2 kms away, there can be found many beautiful beaches and the famous Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach with lots of water sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any watersport you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the villa, less than three minutes’ drive away is the more local town of Ayia Triada/Pernera, with its own 'strip of restaurants which are favored amongst the locals for the their high quality. Within 5 minutes’ walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbor the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.
There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Central Protaras with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk or for sundowners/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.
Within just a couple of minutes' walk from the villa you will find a kiosk, mini-supermarket store a typical English pub, Onasis Fish Restaurant, Mouzoura Beach Fish Restaurant, as well as one of the most sought after hot-spots for children of all ages...the famous Sirina Bay
Listed Prices include 400KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro250 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
