Protaras Holiday Villa PESV9 Passion s is a new and spacious villa just 3 minute's walk to Pernera Beach, one of the most famous beaches in Cyprus.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofas, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet and a fully equipped kitchen.
The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower, a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two large single beds and a family bathroom.
The garden area is spacious with a mature garden high quality furniture and a good BBQ.
Overall Villa Passion is ideal for a family holiday.
Villa Passion is located in one of the best locations of Protaras-Pernera area, a gated development just 3 minutes' walk to the picturesque Pernera Beach. Within a 300 metre radius you will find a doctor, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water-sports, organised beach and much more.
Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is quickly becoming as popular as central Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nightlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Pernera is fantastic for everyone!
There are two beaches within a very short walking distance from the villa. Pernara Beach and Anastasia Hotel Beach, both sandy and offering all facilities . There can be found many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc). Protaras-Pernera also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving night-life in the summer months and all within walking distance from the villa.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Within 2-5 minutes’ walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.
There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Protaras Centre with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk, or for sundowners/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
