Protaras Holiday Villa Kochili is located in a quiet development at a superb location walking distance to Pernera Centre, Golden Coast Fishing Shelder and Kalamies Beach.
The ground floor consists of a beautifully decorated open plan kitchen and living room area fully equipped with all modern appliances, large flat screen TV, fireplace, comfortable sofas and dinning table for 6 people. The first floor features the master bedroom with en-suite shower room, a second double bedroom, a third bedroom with two single beds as well the family bathroom. In total Villa Kochili can comfortably sleep 6 people in beds.
The pool area is equipped with modern garden furniture and sunbeds as well as a BBQ and a dinning table with chairs.
Just 1-minute walk from the villa there is a kids playing ground that belongs to the complex for the younger visitors to enjoy.
Villa Kochili offers free high speed wi-fi internet, satellite TV and is fully equipped and air-conditioned. Within a radius of 15 minutes' walk you will find bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy and some of the best beaches in the area.
Overall Villa Kochili is ideal for family holidays.
Protaras Holiday Villa Kochili is located in a quiet area of Pernera. Within a 1km radius you will find a sandy beach, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets doctors, pharmacy and much more. Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is fastly becoming as popular as neighbouring town Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nightlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Pernera is fantastic for everyone and ideal for family vacations!
Central Protaras is only 2.5km away, there can be found many beautiful beaches and the most famous Fig Tree Bay with lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc). Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving night-life in the summer months.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in Europe can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the villa, and more local is the smaller town of Pernera, with its own strip of restaurants (some the best in the region) that are less than ten minutes walk away. Within 8-10 minutes walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.
There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Protaras with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it easily accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on ones morning walk, or for sundowners/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
