    An absolutely beautiful villa in one of the most convenient location with 3 minutes walk from some of the best beaches, restaurants, bars and shops in the area.

    The ground floor features an open plan fully equipped kitchen and living room area with modern luxury furniture, Flat Screen TV, Satellite with both English and Russian speaking channels, and the guest toilet.

    On the upper floor Protaras Villa Kalimera features the master bedroom with en-suite showe and double bed, a second double bedroom and twin as well as the family bathroom. With 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin, Villa Kalimera can comfortably accommodate 6 persons and there is also available a baby cot and high chair on request.

    The whole outside area is fully decked and the landscaped garden provides adequate privacy from the neighboring properties. The BBQ is very well thought of and the LED lights around the pool create a very nice atmosphere for your evening parties.

    Protaras Villa Kalimera is located in one of the best locations in Pernera. Within a 300 meter radius you will find a doctors, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and much more. Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is fastly becoming as popular as neighbouring town Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nightlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better.

    This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times.     The villa was so modern and fresh with a fantastic layout. It was very clean and everything was as (better than to be honest) anticipated from photos and description. Arrival info was sent well ahead of time and all accurate. Access very easy. Our "rep" was so helpful - minor issue with TV remote and a wonky toilet seat - both dealt with without question and very promptly. Cleaners came in after week 1 (2 week stay) and changed the bedding/towels and cleaned through - very thorough. The pool area was lovely - great seating areas for those who wanted sun or shade. Great outdoor eating area. All really well set out in a relatively small space. Dishwasher tablets/bin bags and washing powder were all provided which was very helpful. The villas are built for rentals and your neighbours are close and all around you so at height of season if they are all occupied you will hear your neighbours. Having said that the street the villas are located on are very peaceful and quiet so there's no through traffic. WE had a car and parking was very easy. The neighbourhood felt very safe. We absolutely loved our stay here - it was very comfortable and well equipped and I would highly recommend. Thanks to everyone involved for making our stay such a fantastic one!

The staff were also very friendly and always on hand if we had any questions. Will definitely recommend this Villa, and RentVillaCyprus if you are looking to holiday in Pernera.

      Protaras Holiday Villa Stef is a traditional 2-bedroom holliday house in a quiet and unique location on the coast of Protaras, a mere 2 minutes walk from Fig Tree Bay, probably the best beach in the Med, with crystal clear waters and pure white sandy beach. The villa is practcally in Nausicaa Hotel Apartments in the heart of Protaras and yet far from the crowd and noise because of its ideal location. It is within walking distance from restaurants and taverns, pubs, supermarkets, shops and pharmacies. Villa Stef is a very comfortable holiday villa surrounded by lovely Mediterranean style garden including hibiscus plants, fragrant jasmines, bougainvilleas and olive trees. The villa is equipped with simple yet elegant and modern, furniture and all the necessary electrical appliances.
