    Protaras Holiday Villa Julie is traditional 2 bedroom holiday house in a quiet and unique location on the coast of Protaras, a mere 2 minutes walk from Fig Tree Bay, probably the best beach in the Med, with crystal clear waters and pure white sand beach.

    The villa is practcally in Nausicaa Hotel Apartments in the heart of Protaras and yet far from the crowd and noise because of its ideal location. It is within walking distance from restaurants and taverns, pubs, supermarkets, shops and pharmacies. It is a very comfortable holiday villa surrounded by lovely Mediterranean style gardens including hibiscus plants, fragrant jasmines, bougainvilleas and olive trees. The villa is equipped with simple yet elegant and modern, furniture and all the necessary electrical appliances. The living room, kitchen and dining room on the ground floor unfold in an open plan which extends to the outdoor area. With two twin bedrooms on the first floor and a double sofa bed one the ground floor, the villa can comfortably accommodate 6 persons
    This superb retreat lies by the seashore of one of the islands best resorts, surrounded by lush gardens, just a few metres from the centre of Protaras, and only a metres away from the beach, restaurants, bars and shopping centre of Protaras.

    This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
