    Protaras Holiday Villa Golden Dream is located in the heart of Central Protaras and yet in a relatively quiet area. The location of the villa is ideal for a family vacation as within walking distance you will find everything Protaras has to offer, bars, restaurants, children playgrounds, pharmacies, clinic and of course the best beaches in Cyprus.

    Protras Villa Golden Dream is a new and modern spacious house that features all modern facilities and equipment. The villa is built on one floor and features an open plan fully equipped kitchen, living room area with modern furniture and large screen TV, the master bedroom with a large double bed and en-suite shower, a second bedroom with a double bed, a third bedroom with two single beds. In total the villa comfortably sleep 6 persons in beds and has the option of an additional person on an extra bed or baby cot.

    The summer time in Cyprus is meant to be spent by the pool and Villa Golden Dream has the best to offer. The large 4x8 meter swimming pool is surrounded by mature trees, flowers & fencing that provides privacy. There are plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs and a modern gas BBQ.

    Overall Villa Hollywood is ideal for family holidays.
    Protaras Holiday Villa Golden Dream is a short walking distance to the Central Protaras Strip where you will find all the main bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, clinic, general amenities and the best beaches of Cyprus all with white sand and crystal clear blue water.

    Within 10-minutes walk there can be found many beautiful beaches including Sunrise Beach and a bit further down the famous Fig Tree Bay with lots of water-sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any water-sports you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.

    There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away.

    Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.

    For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.

    This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.

Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is fastly becoming as popular as neighbouring town Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nighlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Pernera is fantastic for everyone!       Protaras Holiday Villa Stef is a traditional 2-bedroom holliday house in a quiet and unique location on the coast of Protaras, a mere 2 minutes walk from Fig Tree Bay, probably the best beach in the Med, with crystal clear waters and pure white sandy beach. The villa is practcally in Nausicaa Hotel Apartments in the heart of Protaras and yet far from the crowd and noise because of its ideal location. It is within walking distance from restaurants and taverns, pubs, supermarkets, shops and pharmacies. Villa Stef is a very comfortable holiday villa surrounded by lovely Mediterranean style garden including hibiscus plants, fragrant jasmines, bougainvilleas and olive trees. The villa is equipped with simple yet elegant and modern, furniture and all the necessary electrical appliances. The living room, kitchen and dining room on the ground floor unfold in an open plan which extends to the outdoor area.
