The first floor offers a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double room and a twin room as well as a family bathroom with a shower enclosure.
The whole villa is fully air-conditioned and offers high-speed Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with English, European and Russian channels and much more.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Protaras Holiday Villa Stef is a traditional 2-bedroom holliday house in a quiet and unique location on the coast of Protaras, a mere 2 minutes walk from Fig Tree Bay, probably the best beach in the Med, with crystal clear waters and pure white sandy beach. The villa is practcally in Nausicaa Hotel Apartments in the heart of Protaras and yet far from the crowd and noise because of its ideal location. It is within walking distance from restaurants and taverns, pubs, supermarkets, shops and pharmacies.
Villa Stef is a very comfortable holiday villa surrounded by lovely Mediterranean style garden including hibiscus plants, fragrant jasmines, bougainvilleas and olive trees.
