Protaras Holiday Villa Anemoni is located in the heart of Central Protaras and yet in a relatively quiet area. The location of the villa is ideal for a family vacation as within walking distance you will find everything, bars, restaurants, children playgrounds, pharmacies, clinic and of course the best beaches in Cyprus.
Villa Anemoni is a new, spacious & modern house that features all modern facilities and equipment. The ground floor features an open plan fully equipped kitchen / living room area with a large breakfast bar modern furniture and two large screen TVs.
The second floor offers three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a large double bed and ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed while the third bedroom features two single beds. On this floor ther is also the family bathroom. With a further double sofa bed on the ground floor Villa Anemoni can comfortably slepp 8 persons.
Furhter up the stairs there is a spacious pergola covered roof garden furnished with a table and chairs that offer beutiful seaviews of Protaras.
The summer time in Cyprus is meant to be spent by the pool and Villa Anmeoni has the best to offer in this respect. The large overflow private swimming pool is situated in a spacious plt with surrounded by artificial grass and trees. There are plenty of sun loungers for sunbathing and tables and chairs under a beautiful breezy covered pergola for those hot summer days as well as a traditional charcoal based BBQ.
Protaras Holiday Villa Anemoni is walking distance to the Central Protaras Strip where you will find all the main bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, clinic, general amenities and the best beaches of Cyprus all with white sand and crystal clear blue water.
Within 10-minute walk there can be found many beautiful beaches including Sunrise Beach and a bit further down the famous Fig Tree Bay with lots of water-sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any water-sports you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away.
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.

This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
