Protaras Views Holiday Villa PRAM1 ideal for relaxation, is a stand alone villa located very near the centre of Protaras yet away-from-it-all. The villa is situated in a large plot of about 2000sq.m.and complete with a very large overflow pool and mature garden.
The Ground floor offers an open plan living room, kitchen and dinning area that opens up to the pool and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and the living room with a comfortable sofa and large flat screen TV and satellite offering both English and Russian speaking channels.
On the the ground floor ther is also 2 double bedrooms one of which is en-suite as well as a second shower room to service both the second bedroom as well as the guests.
The top floor features 4 bedrooms, a family bathroom and a small kitchenette. The master bedroom is en-suite with a large double bed, two more rooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds.
The house is fully air-conditioned, offers free high speed Wi-Fi internet and all bedrooms have their own flat screen TV. For the winter period there is also Central heating that is offered at an additional charge.
The main attraction of the house is the outside area that features a very large private pool and fully grown garden with various citrus trees as well as parking for 2 cars, BBQ, traditinal cypriot clay oven and even a basketball rim.
Other than the ocasional car passing by there are no sounds to disturb the peace and the views of Protaras and Profitis elias church especially at night are amazing.
Over all Protaras Views is ideal for a relaxing holiday either with the extended family or for group of friends.

Spaciuos house with lots of room on the grounds for kids to play. Swimming pool was big and clean. Quiet area. We had an issue with the fridge and it was replaced straight away. Planning our next trip here.

The villa was great. We were a group of 13 people and there was plenty of room for all of us.
The surrounding is great with lots of palm trees and plants. There is a great big table outside to enjoy warm Cyprus evenings.

The surrounding is great with lots of palm trees and plants. There is a great big table outside to enjoy warm Cyprus evenings. The pool is amazing. We were afraid that it´s cold as it is huge. But to our surprise it was warm and we enjoyed it a lot. There are no neighbours nearby which is also great. There is a main road close to villa, so you can hear car noises from some of the rooms at night. But it was not so disturbing. The staff is great. We had a problem with the iron and the new iron was brought in 5 minutes. Mary also found us pcr testing place for our flight. All the issues were solved very quick. I´d recommend the place for everybody and hope to be back soon! Thank you! |

The villa was amazing and the support staff fantastic. As soon as we highlighted a problem, they were straight round to fix it. In these difficult times of Covid, we couldn’t have had a better 2 week break.

Protaras Bay View Villa is a stunning, brand new, 6-bedroom property in a superb location of Central Protaras, about 5 minutes' walk to Protaras Strip and Sunrise Beach.
The ground floor offers an open plan living room and dining area as well as a fully equipped high-tech kitchen. The wide patio doors open up wide to join the interior with a comfortable veranda and the pool patio, overlooking the private swimming pool and the well-maintained garden.
The upper floor features three spacious bedrooms and the family bathroom with a shower enclosure. The master bedroom features a large double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom also offers a large double bed, and the third bedroom offers two single beds. The two double bedrooms share a balcony that offers partial sea views.
The basement level features three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
