    Description

    Protaras Sunrise Zen is an elegant, seafront 3-bedroom villa, located in a quiet area on the coast of Protaras and offering excellent sea views, a private pool and a large lawn-covered garden. Situated less than a minute’s walk from a small and tranquil beach and about 10 minutes’ walk from Fig Tree Bay and Central Protaras Strip, Sunrise Zen is in the heart of Protaras and yet far from the crowd and noise.

    The ground floor offers an open plan area with a spacious and modern, fully equipped kitchen, featuring a large island and integrated dining table, a living room equipped with comfortable sofa set, fireplace and a guest toilet.

    On the upper floor the villa offers three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom offers a large double bed and en-suite shower room, the second bedroom also offers a double bed while the third bedroom offers two single beds. In total the villa can comfortably accommodate 6 persons.

    Protaras sunrise Zen offers an amazing exterior area that offers comfort and elegance throughout, day or night and for all occasions. Adjoint with the living room is a spacious, pool patio with a beautiful pool overlooking the lawn and the sea. The patio is equipped with table chairs and sun loungers. At the back of the house there is a second patio with the dining table and a build-in BBQ. The large garden is very well maintained and planted with lovely Mediterranean style plants including hibiscus, fragrant jasmine, bougainvillea and olive trees.

    The villa is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned and offers all the necessary electrical appliances, private parking, as well as free high-speed Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV with English, Russian and other European channels.

    This villa is a sea front property situated in the most affluent area of Protaras right by the sea. The nearest beach is just a minute’s walk away and is a small tranquil beach with crystal clear waters where you can often spot caretta caretta turtles.

    Within 10 minutes’ walk you can be at Central Protaras strip where you can find all amenities that the resort has to offer as well as some of the best beaches of Cyprus including the Blue Flag Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach with crystal clear waters and white sand. Ayia Napa center and Paralimni Marina are about 10 minutes’ drive.

The villa is practcally in Nausicaa Hotel Apartments in the heart of Protaras and yet far from the crowd and noise because of its ideal location.
