Protaras Sol e Mar Villa is located in one of the best areas of Protaras just 700meters from Central Protaras Strip and 900 meters from Sunrise Beach while Fig Tree Bay is a comfortable 15 minute walk along the beach. Within a 1 km radius you will find a clinic, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water-sports, organised beaches and much more.
Protaras offers numerous beaches, good nightlife and is the ideal holiday destiination especially for families with children.There are many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving night-life in the summer months and all within walking distance from the villa.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The water park, the biggest in the Middle East, can be found just outside of Ayia Napa and is only 14km away. The aquarium is a 5-min drive.

This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
Listed Prices include 300KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro200 over and above the total booking amount.
