    Description

    Protaras Seaview Villa Alasia is a brand new, modern and spacious holiday villa delivered in 2020, located in a quiet area of Kapparis in Protaras.

    The ground floor features an open plan living room, dinning and kitchen area that open up to the pool patio and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped offering all modern electrical appliances and the living room is furnished with comfortable sofa set and dinning table for six persons.

    The upper floor offers 3 double bedrooms and the family bathroom while the master bedroom features an en-suite shower. Particular attention has been paid to the comfort of the beds and the aesthetics when furnishing the villa to ensure the comfort of the guests.

    The exterior offers a large private swimming pool, garden furniture, sunbeds, BBQ and parking.

    Protaras villa Alasia has been decorated with care and taste from the owner with many small details to make this beautiful villa feel like a home away from home.

    The villa is fully equipped with all modern amenities, fully air-conditioned and offers free high speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV with English, European and Russian channels.

    The nearest beach, less than a 3-minute's walk, is Paralimni Sands, a picturesque white-sand beach with crystal clear terquise waters. A short walk furher down is fireman Beach, also a Blue Flag destination. Within just a five minutes' walk from the villa you will find a bakery, kiosk, mini-supermarket store a typical English pub, Karas Fish Restaurant, and all amenities you would require for comfortable holiday. Unlike central Protaras, Kapparis area where the villa is located is open throught the year making Villa Alasia ideal for anytime of the year.

    Central Protaras is only 4km away, there can be found many beautiful beaches such as the famous Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach with lots of water sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any water sport you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.

    There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the villa, less than three minutes’ drive away is the more local town of Ayia Triada/Pernera, with its own 'strip of restaurants which are favored amongst the locals for the their high quality. Within 5 minutes’ walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbor the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.

    There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Central Protaras with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it easily accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk or for sundowners/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.

      Protaras Holiday Villa Stef is a traditional 2-bedroom holliday house in a quiet and unique location on the coast of Protaras, a mere 2 minutes walk from Fig Tree Bay, probably the best beach in the Med, with crystal clear waters and pure white sandy beach. The villa is practcally in Nausicaa Hotel Apartments in the heart of Protaras and yet far from the crowd and noise because of its ideal location. It is within walking distance from restaurants and taverns, pubs, supermarkets, shops and pharmacies. Villa Stef is a very comfortable holiday villa surrounded by lovely Mediterranean style garden including hibiscus plants, fragrant jasmines, bougainvilleas and olive trees. The villa is equipped with simple yet elegant and modern, furniture and all the necessary electrical appliances.
