The upper floor features a spacious master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, a balcony and panoramic sea views and the third bedroom that also offers a large double bed and panoramic sea views. The fourth bedroom, ideal for up to four children sharing a room, offers a bunk bed with two single beds and aloft with a double bed accessible with an easy to climb staircase. On the same floor there is also the family bathroom.

A comfortable footpath provides easy access to the sea directly in front of the villa less than a minute's walk away. Even though this is not a sandy beach, the waters are crystal clear and super clean. The nearest organised Beach is Mimosa and is only about 3 minutes' walk from the villa, a small white-sand beach that offers a small restaurant, sun-beds and parasols.
