    The villa features 4 spacious bedrooms thoughtfully designed to ensure everyone's comfort. You'll find 2 queen-size beds and 4 individual beds distributed throughout, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for your group.

    The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen, as well as the guest toilet and first bedroom with two single beds and ensuite shower.

    On the upper floor you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower, the family bathroom and more bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed and the other with two singles. Further up Villa Andria offers a roof terrace with a comfortable sofa set and beautiful sea views.

    The heart of the home is the fully equipped American-style kitchen, complete with a glass ceramic hotplate, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all necessary kitchenware and dishes. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or cooking a family feast, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips.

    Stay connected with fast, fiberoptic complimentary WiFi throughout the property, and enjoy entertainment with satellite TV available in English, German, and Russian and other languages. For added peace of mind, the villa includes a strongbox for valuables and an iron for your convenience.
