Protaras Seafront Villa Zeus is located in a quiet residential area over Vrysoudia Beach. The minute you walk in you feel the luxury and the attention to every detail that was given when designing and furnishing this beachfront villa. Extraordinary, superbly designed, finished and furnished to the highest standards of quality offering ultimate luxury finishes both inside and out. Strecthing over a large seafront, lawn covered garden this house offers direct access to the beach and panoramic sea views.
The ground floor offers an open plan kitchen as well as dining and living room area that opens wide to join the inside with the outside area. A modern sitting room and dining area complement a fully equipped high tech kitchen while the outside area is offers private pool with waterfall and a semi-covered patio as well as a large lawn covered garden that streches all the way do the seafront.
The upstairs features three double, en-suite bedrooms two of which offer amazing panoramic sea views. The master bedroom offers a bath tap with shower while the other two rooms offer en-suite showers. The other three bedrooms, also with double beds are located in the basement level where there is also a kitchenet, steam bath and a utility room. All bedrooms are en-suite, very spacious and offer large double beds, TV and speakers connected to the home audio and much more. The basement rooms face into a foyer and garden enabling them to enjoy direct sunlight and ventilation.
At the top level, the villa offers an amazing, fully equipped roof terrace complete with cinema projector, surround speakers, comfortable sofas, bar and BBQ on this level there also a kitchenet and a WC. Needless to point out that the view from the rooftop is breath-taking.
The whole house is furnished to the highest quality, is fully airconditined and offers high speed wi-fi and satellite TV as well as lift that services all 4 levels. The home automation system is easily connected to your mobile device where you control just about any function of the house.
Protaras Seafront Villa Zeus is located between two blue flag beaches. Vrysoudia Beach is just 40 meters from the villa while the scenic Sirina Bay is less than 2 minutes’ walk. About 5 minutes’ walk along the coast is the newly developed Protaras Marina and a bit further down Kalamies Beach.
At Central Protaras only 2.5 kms away, there can be found many beautiful beaches and the famous Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach with lots of water sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any watersport you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the villa, less than two minutes’ drive away is the more local town of Ayia Triada/Pernera, with its own 'strip of restaurants which are favored amongst the locals for the their high quality.
There is a new coastal walkway stretching for Kilometres along most of the seafront of the Protaras region making all beaches in the area as well as amenities easy to reach on foot and the biggest part is accessible with a pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway you can find some stunning little restaurants, cafes, bars and of course the most amazing beaches in the East Mediterranean.
Listed Prices include 500KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro250 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
