If you open the indoor shutters, this room also serves as a second seating room overlooking the ground floor living room. The spacious basement floor serves as the fifth bedroom with a king-size bed, TV lounge, shower room and steam bath.
The heart of the villa is its ground floor living room and the open-plan fully equipped kitchen, featuring state-of-the-art appliances including a glass-ceramic hotplate, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a comprehensive set of kitchenware and dishes. The large patio windows open wide to join interior with the pool patio and the garden.
Outdoor enthusiasts will love the villa's private 5x7m triangular swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean sunshine.
