Protaras Holiday Villa Sapphire Seaside is a new, spacious and modern villa just a few minute's walk to Konnos Bay, a Blue Flag beach with white sand and crystal clear blue water.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area, one bedroom with a double bed as well as a guest toilet and a shower. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofa set, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen complete with all electrical appliances and Nespresso machine.
The spacious master bedroom is featured on the upper and offers a large double bed, en-suite shower and a large pergola-covered balcony with partial sea views. On the same floor you can find the third bedroom offering one single bed and one bunk bed, as well as the family bathroom with a shower enclosure.
Sapphire Seaside Villa offers a large, tiled private pool, pergola covered patio area, comfortable sunbeds, outside dining table, BBQ set and elegant lighting for the night.
This child friendly villa is fully air-conditioned offers optional stair gates for child safety and is ideal for a family holiday or a romantic break. All rooms offer ceiling fans for extra comfort and windows are fitted with black-out blinds
Just a 100m from the villa, there is easy access to the sea on the rocky Cape Greco coastline, where you can enjoy the clearest waters the area has to offer. The nearest organized sandy beach is Mimosa about 700m away and Konnos Bay about 1.25km.
Sapphire Seaside Villa is located in one of the best locations of Protaras area, just a few minutes' walk to the picturesque Konnos Bay and about 3km from Protaras Centre. Within a 3km radius you will find a doctor, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, watersports, many organised beaches and much more.
Within a few minutes' drive there can be found many beautiful beaches that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer. A very nice and practical villa with private pool. Spacious living room and outside area. Peaceful and quiet area. Walking distance to local bus. Good support from host. Well equipped with towels, washing machine, dishwasher, soap etc.

We loved that we were able to be helped at every step of the way after booking, nothing was to much trouble to this company, even printing our return boarding cards for us and delivering them on a Sunday!. The villa is perfect for families as it hasee more

The villa is perfect for families as it has an enclosed garden and pool. The quality of the furnishings etc was first class. The location is lovely, private and residential but shops and restaurants etc are within a short drive. Plentiful supply of lemons for G&T from the tree in the garden! All in all, this was a great break away from a very wet and snowy Scotland, we would highly recommend booking direct with this company as their attention to good service is second to none!

We stayed in this villa for 10 days. Everything was amazing. English tv, WiFi and good sized pool for the kids. It was clean and very quiet the whole stay. We would stay here again when we visit Cyprus again. Only thing I would say is you need a car see more

We would stay here again when we visit Cyprus again. Only thing I would say is you need a car as it’s quite far to walk into protaras where the restaurants are. We had a car anyway so was no problem. We loved staying here and didn’t want to leave.
