    Description

    Protaras Nisia Seaside Villa is a spacious detached 3-bedroom villa with stunning sea views and just 1 minute's walk from two beautiful beaches, Green Bay and Lombardi Beach, both with crystal clear blue waters and white sand.

    The property has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2024.

    The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, air-condition throughout, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV with a full range of English, Russian and European channels.

    The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two large single beds and the family bathroom with a shower enclosure.

    The garden area is spacious with a mature garden, pergolas, trees and BBQ.

    Overall Protaras Nisia Seaside Villa is ideal for a family holiday.

    Protaras Nisia Seaside Villa Sea is located in one of the best locations of Protaras, Green Bay, just 1 minute's walk to the Beach. Central Protaras is about 1.5km away and within a 2km radius from the villa you will find restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, watersports, organised beaches and much more.

    Protaras year on year is increasing in popularity and is quickly becoming the most popular destination for family vacations. The beaches are excellent, the nightlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Protaras is fantastic for everyone!

    The nearest beach is Green Bay and a bit further down are Lombardi and Vyzakia Beach, all with white sand and crystal-clear blue waters. There are many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc). Protaras-Pernera also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving nightlife in the summer months and all within walking distance from the villa.

    There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away.

    Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at €0.40/Kwh.

    This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.

Сотрудники компании были постоянно на связи через чат мессенджера и всегда быстро отвечали на все вопросы. Отдых понравился, о выборе не пожалели.

    The Green Bay villa is a lovely quiet location, stunning views & beautiful beaches right on your doorstep. The space was in & outside of villa was very spacious. Excellent for a family to stay, it was the two of us but it was nice to have the space.
