Protaras Holiday Villa Buena Vistas is a detached, luxurious, home-from-home holiday villa with a pool in a fantastic location on the seafront, right in the heart of Protaras. The famous, extremely popular Fig Tree Bay is just a 3-minute walk away. This villa is also close to the Capo Bay Hotel, a popular wedding venue.
This cosy villa is in a very convenient location with local bars, shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Sleeping up to eight people, the villa is ideally suited for families.

This property is close to the fabulous Fig Tree Bay beach, with its gently sloping fine sand and turquoise-coloured water, which is just around the corner from the villa, an absolute paradise for beach lovers, families and watersports enthusiasts.
Please note that although the villa is just 100 metres from the sea, due to the villas that have been built next to the villa, our guests now need to walk about 200 metres to get into the sea.
Villa Buena Vista is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the coast of Central Protaras, a mere 2 minutes' walk from the famous blue flag beach of Fig Tree Bay know for its crystal clear waters and white sand beach. The Central Protaras Strip is within walking distance where you can find all restaurants and taverns, pubs, supermarkets, shops, clinic, pharmacies and much more. Situated in the most exclusive, residential area in the heart of Protaras and yet far from the crowd and noise Villa Buena Vista is ideal for a family holiday or a romantic break.

We absolutely loved it here!! The location was amazing. The villa was much bigger inside than we initially thought - great for our large family. Very quiet and a really short walk to the beach. There was a local shop nearby for essentials.

We were promised directions to the villa via whatsapp on the day of arrival but this was never received... so we struggled a little to find the property at 3am. A sign on the outside of the gates saying "Buena Vista Villa" would have helped loads. see more

A few very minor things, downstairs bathroom door handle was broken and the plug on one of the lamps was also broken and looked a little dangerous to touch. We still really loved the villa though!

Protaras Holiday Villa Michelle is a beautiful property with large 4x8m overflow pool, conveniently located in one of the best areas of Pernera just a few minutes walk to the beach and all amenities. Even though very central the villa is situated in a quiet area in a small development of just 12 houses.
Within 3 minutes' walk from the villa you will find a number of local and international restaurants, bars and cafes, supermarket, water-park and shops
The ground floor features a open plan living room with flat screen satellite TV and gaming console and a modern fully equipped kitchen and guest WC. The whole ground floor opens up to a covered veranda and the pool area which is nicely secluded and offers a pool safety fence for ease of mind if you have young children.
On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed, bedroom TV and an en-suite shower, a second bedroom with a double bed and a baby crib, a third bedroom with two single beds and the family bathroom.
