    Description

    Protaras Holiday Villa Coast Panorama is a seafront property located in a gated complex just above Golden coast Fishing Shelder and two minutes walk from two beautiful beaches, Kalamies Beach and Sirina Bay.

    The ground floor features an open plan fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and living room-dining area that opens wide to join the inside of the villa with the outdoors patio and garden area.

    The first bedroom equipped with a bunk bed is located on the ground floor and is serviced by a the guest shower room. The first floor offers three more rooms all en-suite. All three upstairs bedrooms are equipped with double beds and offer panoramic sea views.

    The whole villa is equipped at the highest standards in terms of equipment and furniture, is fully air-conditioned and offers free high speed Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV.

    Protaras Holiday Villa Coast Panorama is an elegantly decorated seafront property located in a quiet area of Protaras just above Golden Coast Fishing Harbor. The Blue Flag, white sand Kalamies Beach and the picturesque Sirina Bay are both located just 2 minutes’ walk away.

    At Central Protaras only 2 kms away, there can be found many beautiful beaches and the famous Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach with lots of water sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any watersport you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.

    There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the villa, less than three minutes’ drive away is the more local town of Ayia Triada/Pernera, with its own 'strip of restaurants which are favored amongst the locals for the their high quality. Within 5 minutes’ walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbor the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.

    There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Central Protaras with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk or for sundowners/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.

    Within just a couple of minutes' walk from the villa you will find a kiosk, mini-supermarket store a typical English pub, Onasis Fish Restaurant, Aigialos Fish Restaurant and Lounge Bar, as well as one of the most sought after hot-spots for children of all ages, the famous Sirina Bay

The watering system for the garden is broken and leaking water all the time, you should check it. One of the airconditioning units (living room) is leaking, was dripping water and we could not use it after the first day, it is dangerous as it is leaking water on the electrical systems. Finally, there is a smell and residue of mould in the kitchen in the cupboards, due to a previous Dishwasher leak and it is really bad, also there was a mould on the dishes and the wooden utensils that we had to wash with heavy-duty bleach before using.
