Protaras Apollon Seaside Villa is a stunning five-bedroom property located in quite suburbs of Protaras just five minutes' walk to Vyzakia Beach and 1.5km to the Central Protaras Strip.
This villa, furnished with utmost care to feel like a home away from home features a large private pool, a patio with cozy furniture, BBQ and a parking space for at least 2 vehichles.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining table and fully equipped kitchen that open up into an ample garden area with 5x10 swimming pool, outdoor dining area and two more separate sitting areas under the covered pergolas.
The property features 5 double bedrooms, 2 of them are on the ground floor, both with their own en-suite showers. There is also a family bathroom with a shower located on the ground floor. The master bedroom on the first floor has its own en-suite shower, where the other two have the shared bathroom.
Complete with all modern appliances, quality furniture, fully air-conditioned, high speed Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with English, European and Russian channels, the property is comfortable, tastefully decorated and well maintained. Protaras Holiday Villa Mazeri is perfectly located in a secluded area of Cape Gkreco between the resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa.
Build on a large plot of land of 2000 m2 the villa is surrounded by one of the most beautiful and well maintained gardens in the area and features a large 13m x 7m private swimming pool and spacious outside bar and BBQ area which is ideal for family parties or the ultimate relaxation.
This villa is furnished to a very high standard offering quality and comfort and offers 5 good sized bedrooms 4 shower rooms and a guest toilet and can sleep up to a maximum of 11 people.
On the first floor there is a the large master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room, a second double room and shower room. On the ground floor there are two more rooms one double and one twin as well as a shower room and a guest WC. The twin room has a bank bed and a double sofa bed. The fifth bedroom, not connected to the main house, is located just outside the kitchen and offers a double bank bed and an-suite shower. A baby cot and high chair can also be provided. In total the villa can comfortably sleep 11 persons.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances that you will need for your stay, including clothes dryer, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and much more.
