Protaras Holiday Villa Almaria is a brand new and super luxurious villa just 3 minutes’ walk to Pernera Centre and 10 minutes' walk to Kalamies and Pernera beach, two of the best beaches in Cyprus, both being a Blue Flag destination with crystal clear blue waters and fine white sand.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The large pool patio windows offer beautiful pool views from all places of the living room and open wide to join the interior with the exterior pool patio and garden area. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofa set, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with English, Russian and European channels, Nespresso coffee machine and a fully equipped kitchen complete with all electrical appliances.
The upper floor features two bedrooms. One with a double bed, en-suite shower and distant sea views, and a twin bedroom with two large single beds and en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is in the basement level where there is also a small kitchenette and the 3rd bathroom. Even though in the basement level the third bedroom opens up to a garden patio offering direct sunlight and fresh air.
Protaras Villa Almaria offers a large private pool and patio area fully equipped with a comfortable sofa set, outside dining table, excellent BBQ set and elegant lighting for the night.
The pergola-covered roof garden is accessible from the interior of the villa and offers a hot tub, sitting area and distant sea views.

We have stayed at many Villas over the years and this is by far the best. Communication with Rent Villa Cyprus was excellent from booking through to leaving. Easy access with key code to a gated community.

The design of the Villas leads to total privacy by the pool area. The quality of fittings and furniture are very good. We had a car which I would recommend as you can visit other resorts within 5 minutes to avail of excellent restaurants. Pernera is a lovely resort with plenty of good bars and restaurants. We would definitely return to this Villa again. |

The Villa is modern and clean with all amenities. Kitchen is well equiped. The pool large and excellent to take a swim. The rooftop hot tub is a big bonus. What you should know is, that in november there is only sun in the pool area for a few hours. see more

The villa is spacious, the beds are very comfortable (the pillows were so good that I would like them at home :) ). The bathroom has shower gel, balm, body cream, and a hair dryer. There was also an adapter for the EU plug. I especially liked the see more

There is a possibility of grilling outside. We found a surprise welcome in the fridge upon arrival. Thank you. We are very satisfied with the wonderful villa.

Theodora is a larger than normal 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with a spacious garden and outside pool area.
The beach is just a short stroll away as is the Central Protaras Strip where are all the shops, bars and restaurants. The pool area is spacious with 6 sun loungers, a garden dining table, parasol and dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a BBQ if you do not fancy going out to eat.
As you walk into the open plan lounge area, there is a large widescreen television, dvd player and satellite television next to an open fireplace. There is a breakfast bar and kitchen area with every utensil you would need. Downstairs there is also a guest W.C. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms, the master bedroom has en-suite shower and a double bed and two twin bedrooms. There is also a small balcony with chairs and a table. The family bathroom room with a tub and shower is also upstairs.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers high speed wi-fi internet free of charge.
