Description
Ira is a magnificent 5-bedroom villa part of Periyiali Konnos Beach Resort and SPA. The resort is positioned on a seafront clifftop of Cape Greco National Forest Park, overlooking the torques waters of the Mediterranean Sea and offering the guests privacy, tranquility and 5-star resort and spa facilities.
The ground floor offers an open plan living room and dining area as well as a fully equipped high-tech kitchen. The wide patio doors open up to join the interior with a comfortable semi-covered veranda and the pool patio, overlooking the large private swimming pool and the well maintained garden.
The upper floor features 3 spacious bedrooms, two of which offer unobstructed sea views. All bedrooms have queen-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms.
Villa Ira offers 2 more suites, private parking for two cars, home cinema, gym, jacuzzi and sauna, which are situated at the underground level.
Access to all floors is via a private lift as well as a staircase.
The villa is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned and offers high speed Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, private lift, BBQ and a modern home-automation system for controlling lighting, shades and the sound system.
Prices include daily cleaning and continental breakfast at the Club House Restaurant as well as free access to the gym.
Periyiali is a secure, gated, and guarded resort and offers a clubhouse with modern Spa facilities, gym, business and conference centers and two restaurants.
The nearest beach to Periyiali Resort is Konnos Bay a Blue Flag, white sand beach with crystal clear blue waters which can be accessed via a footpath along the cliff. Within a five to ten minutes’ drive from the resort, the regions of Protaras and Ayia Napa offer numerous beautiful beaches, a thriving nightlife, museums, amazing scuba diving sites, and all sorts of water sports.
Periyiali is a relaxation and wellness resort. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighborhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
