El Greco Seafront Holiday Villa is a jewel to be treasured situated in a gated and quiet development just five minutes' drive to the Central Protaras Strip.
This modern and luxurious villa, furnished with utmost care to feel like a home away from home, offers panoramic seafront views, a kidney shaped private pool of approximate size 4x8m with optional safety net, a large patio with modern patio furniture, lawn covered mature garden and BBQ.
The ground floor features a twin bedroom, guest WC and shower room, large open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar, dinning area and living room that opens up into the semi-covered pool patio area. The upper floor features a spacious master bedroom with en-suite shower, a double bed and panoramic sea views, the third bedroom also offers a large double bed and panoramic sea views, the fourth bedroom with a double bed as well as the family bathroom with a shower and twin sinks. All bedrooms offer TV and comfortable anatomic mattresses.
El Greco offers plenty of shaded area to cool down over a drink or BBQ in the hot summer days of the Meditterranean, a large lawn covered area to sunbathe by the pool, easy access to the beach, the tranquillity of the Cape Greco coast line and close proximity to two of the most cosmopolitan resorts of Cyprus.
Complete with all modern appliances, quality furniture, fully air-conditioned, high speed Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with English, European and Russian channels, the property is comfortable, tastefully decorated and well maintained there is no doubt that this villa will ensure a comfortable holiday for the most demanding guest.
Protaras Holiday Villa El Greco is a seafront villa with unobstructed sea views ideally located in between the lively resort of Protaras and the scenic area of Capo Greko, just 300 meters from Mimoza Beach and very close to the Blue Flag Beach of Konnos Bay.
A comfortable footpath provides easy access to the sea directly in front of the villa. Even though this is not a sandy beach, the waters are crystal clear and super clean. The nearest organised Beach is Mimosa and is only about 3 minutes' walk from the villa, a small white-sand beach that offers a small restaurant, sun-beds and parasols.
The beach at Konnos, a Blue-Flag destination, is complete with proper facilities and its charming beach cafe-bar.
Overlooking the action in the bay is "Cliffs", a great place for a drink and with a touch of intimacy and romance. Other venues overlooking the Bay are "Spartiatis", a clean local tavern liked by locals and visitors alike.

Provide a trash receptacle on premises. The rubbish area is at the entrance of complex. Would be better if could be taken care of by cleaning staff at 6 day mark when they come to clean.

We enjoyed two weeks in the villa. The location was perfect for us. Away from it all but close enough in a taxi to Protaras or Agia Napa . Wonderful views. Very Clean throughout. It has a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds.. Lots of spacsee more

Lots of space in the villa , very comfortable… Anice big TV with lots of channels in the main living area. and a tv in Each bedroom. , the cleaning team were very efficient and friendly and the local support team exceptional, really helpful and very pleasant. .
The gardens were well kept, the lighting at night was so lovely and relaxing. Lovely balcony from the two main bedrooms over looking the sea. Overall a good stay |

The beds were really comfortable with quality bedding, everything you need for self-catering stay, well stocked kitchen with good appliances. Staff were on hand to deal with any enquiries, quickly and effectively, the toaster didn't work, a new one was delivered within an hour of reporting, impressive service. Highly recommend this company, we will definitely book again.

I believe one day will be fixed. the rest, looks and feels very good! thank you! |

We spent a wonderful time in El Greco Seafront Holiday Villa. Villa has everything you need for the comfortable stay. Little technical problems with some appliances at the beginning of our stay was immediately solved by managing team who was very polite and attentive.
Villa is ideally located near the sandy beach (5 min walk) and rocky sea shore (2 min walk) where we were snorkeling. A lot of outside seating areas made our mornings and evenings very pleasant either for morning coffee enjoying blissful sea view or family dinner overlooking multicolored sunset sky. The bedrooms a big and comfortable. Kitchen has all appliances you may need to feed the families the days when you dont want to go out. Big cosy lounge with multichannel TV is very tastefully decorated as well as all bedrooms. We would definitely recommend this villa for people who want quality holiday! |
