Luxury 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Villa with a private pool and garden. Ideally located in the lovely town of Pernera near Protaras with a 3 minutes' walk to Pernera Beaches. The villa has been carefully furnished to provide you with the all the facilities that you will expect for a relaxed holiday.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, kitchen and dinning area as well as a guest toilet. The upper floor offer the master bedroom with en-suite shower and a double bed, a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds as well as the family bathroom. Villa dahlia offers a spacious garden with a private swimming pool, BBQ and covered parking.
The house fully air-conditioned and the kitchen fully equipped and includes all modern appliances, free Wi-Fi, Satellite TV with English as well as Russian and European channels.
Villa Dahlia is located in one of the best locations in Pernera. Within a 200 metre radius you will find a doctors, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and much more. Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is fastly becoming as popular as neighbouring town Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nightlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Pernera is fantastic for everyone!
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
