Blue Waves Protaras Beachfront Villa 3 is a new, modern, elegantly designed and superbly decorated, beachfront property located in a quiet area of Protaras, literally on the sand of the Blue Flag, white sand and crystal-clear blue water beach of Pernera.
Blue Waves is fully air-conditioned, fully equipped and offers direct access to the beach, panoramic sea views, five double, ensuite bedrooms, private heated pool, gym, indoor hot tub, cinema room, BBQ, high speed Wi-Fi internet, Satellite TV, lift to all floors, home automation, and easy access to all amenities that Protaras has to offer.
The ground floor offers an open plan living room and kitchen area that opens wide to join the inside with the outside area. A modern sitting room and dining area complements a fully equipped high tech kitchen while the outside area is made up of a wooden deck, private pool, BBQ, and a covered patio as well as a large lawn covered garden that stretches all the way do the beachfront.
The upper floor features 4 double bedroom all en-suite two of which offer panoramic sea views. The basement level features the fifth bedroom, also double and en-suite, the gym, hot tub, shower room, home cinema room and an additional kitchen.
Central Protaras is only 2 kms away, there can be found many beautiful beaches and the famous Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach with lots of water sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any watersport you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the villa, less than three minutes’ drive away is the more local town of Ayia Triada/Pernera, with its own 'strip of restaurants which are favored amongst the locals for the their high quality. Within 5 minutes’ walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbor the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.
There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Central Protaras with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk or for sundowners/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.
Within just a couple of minutes' walk you will find a kiosk, minimarket store, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, as well as some of the most sought-after hot spots for children of all ages.
Listed Prices include 500KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house, additional consumption is charged at Euro0.40 per KWh.

Pool Heating is charged extra at Euro50 per night. Minimum charge is Euro250, and we require at least 2 days' notice to heat up the pool.
