Larnaca Holiday Villa Zoe is a modern and spacious 4 bedroom detached property with large private pool and garden located in a quiet area of Voroklini about 3 minutes' drive from the beach and all amenities.
The ground floor is a large modern kitchen with all modern appliances and a separate utility room, dining area, two living rooms with a two sided fireplace comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV and a guest toilet. On the top floor the villa features four spacious bedrooms all equipped with comfortable double beds and en-suite bathrooms.
The outside area offers a large private pool and a fully furnished patio with sunbeds, dining table with chairs, bar and a state of the art BBQ.
Villa Zoe has been decorated with care and taste from the owner with many small details to make this beautiful villa feel like a home away from home. All furniture and fittings or of the highest quality.
The villa is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned and offers free high speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV with English and Russian channels and many sports channels.
Larnaca Holiday Villa Zoe is located in a quiet, newbuilt area of Voroklini about 2km by car or1km on foot from the beach. Larnaca Arport and Larnaca city centre are about 15 minutes'drive. With Ayia Napa less then 20 minutes away, Nicosia about 30 minutes and Limassol about 40minutes drvive make this a very conveninet location to enjoy the region of Larnaca but also to explore the rest of the island.
The Oroklini promenarde offers a long strech of sandy beach that starts from the CTO Beach and ends before Larnaca Port. Along this beach you can find many organised beaches with all the facilities, watersports restaurants, cafes and mauch more.
The Larnaka Region
East meets West in Larnaka (Larnaca) as both Christianity and Islam have revered religious sites here, with the mosque of Hala Sultan, an important Moslem place of pilgrimage, and the church of St Lazarus, Jesus’ friend whom he resurrected from the dead.
The Mountainous Area of Larnaca, is dotted with charming villages with welcoming locals. The listed village of Lefkara, is perhaps the most picturesque, with its narrow streets and stone houses with red-tiled roofs and central courtyards, and a history of producing wonderful handicrafts such as filigree silverware and a traditional kind of lace known the world over as “lefkaritika”. Legend has it that Leonardo da Vinci himself came here and bought an altar cloth, which he donated to Milan cathedral.
Amongst archaeological sites worth visiting, Choirokoitia is one of the best preserved sites of a prehistoric settlement brought to light in the Eastern Mediterranean, and has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage site.
The church of Angeloktisti, in the village of Kiti, has one of the finest examples of Byzantine art of the Justinian period, a rare 6th century mosaic of the Virgin and Child between two archangels, while perched dramatically on a rocky peak with a panoramic view over the surrounding area.
Listed Prices include 300KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro200 over and above the total booking amount.

there were a few little niggles e.g. a few showers were leaking, lightbulbs out and the villa is so vast we struggled with figure out which switched did what but I'm sure all could easily be resolved easily.

A fabulous villa in a great location. I booked Zoe Villa for a family get-together and we all thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The accommodation is modern and very well equipped. Underfloor heating makes it warm & cosy and the log fire is the icing in the cake.
