Napa Bay View Villa is an elegant, modern, and fully equipped villa located on a quiet hill on the outskirts of Ayia Napa just a few of minutes’ drive from the centre and some of the best beaches of Cyprus.
The ground floor offers a large open-plan living room area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, breakfast bar, comfortable sofa set, large TV, and guest WC. The large glass doors open up to join the interior with the swimming pool patio and garden area.
The upper floor features four bedrooms, a family bathroom with a shower enclosure and a large balcony with beautiful views of Ayia Napa. All bedrooms offer a double bed and the two bedrooms that open-up to the balcony feature en-suite shower rooms and beautiful panoramic views of Ayia Napa Bay as well as distant sea views.
Napa Bay View Villa offers a large private pool, great for photos of the sunset. The exterior of the villa blends with natural environment of Cape Greco to offer a mature garden with plantation and trees of the local area. The patio is equipped with a comfortable sofa set, dining table, sun-loungers and BBQ.
