Marina Vibes is newly renovated, well equipped, 4-bedroom villa with private swimming pool and large plot, located in a quiet are of Ayia Thekla, with easy access to many beautiful beaches as well as all amenities.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, kitchen, and dining area as well as spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower enclosure. With only one step to enter the villa and even though the is not adapted, it easily accessible with wheelchair.
The upper floor offers three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a double bed and one with two single beds. On the same floor there is also the family bathroom with a shower enclosure and a large balcony with partial sea views and accessible from the double bedrooms.
The garden area, surrounded by fully grown trees, offers a large pool patio, equipped with sunbeds, pergola, table with chairs and a build in BBQ. The l

Ayia Napa Marina Vibes Villa s located in a quiet area of Ayia Thekla, a ten minutes' walk from Potamos Fishing Shelter and 5 minutes' walk to the sea. The closest organized beach is Ayia Napa Marina, an elegant white sand beach with crystal clear blue waters and superb restaurant facilities. Ayia Thekla and Makronissos Beach as well as the cosmopolitan Nissi Beach, all with fine white sand and crystal-clear blue waters, are about 5 minutes' drive from the villa.
Ayia Napa center is just 10 minutes' drive away, offering a plethora of restaurants, taverns, coffee shops, bars, clubs, the famous Hard Rock Cafe an impressive Luna Park for children of all ages, supermarkets, pharmacies and a clinic. Closer to the villa there are many amenities including bus stop, 24-hours Kiosks, mini-markets, fruit markets, bakeries, and all amenities you will need for a relaxing holiday.
Listed Prices include 300KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.

This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.

The location is great, 10 minutes drive from all amenities.
The Villa was very spacious indoors and out, with five adults we didn’t feel we were on top of each other.
The pool is a great size for all.

The only downside, which wasn’t really a problem. The pool cleaner turned up twice a week and each time we had to clear up the equipment he had left out
