Located just 100meters from the sea, in a quiet, gated, residential complex in the outskirts of Ayia Napa this spacious house provides easy access to explore the island and enjoy the nearby beaches.

Marina Vibes is newly renovated, well equipped, 4-bedroom villa with private swimming pool and large plot, located in a quiet are of Ayia Thekla, with easy access to many beautiful beaches as well as all amenities.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, kitchen, and dining area as well as spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower enclosure. With only one step to enter the villa and even though the is not adapted, it easily accessible with wheelchair.
