Pallini 201 Seaside Suite offers a spacious living room with comfortable sofa set, smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small balcony with side sea views as well as the family bathroom. The master bedroom features a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom also features a double bed while the third bedroom is furnished with three single beds.
The apartment offers private parking, is fully airconditioned, and carefully furnished to include all necessary amenities, including high speed Wi-fi internet and satellite TV with English, European and Russian channels.
Guests have access to the large seafront, communal pool of the Pallini complex as well as the kids’ playground. The complex is gated, and access to the upper floors is either via the staircase or the lift.
Located right in the center of Protaras, this is stunning apartment, provides very easy access to two of the best beaches in Cyprus and all amenities that Protaras has to offer. The Blue Flag Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach, both with white sand and crystal-clear waters, as well as the Central Protaras Strip are all less than a minute’s walk. Being in the center of everything you can expect some noise, but this a minor compromise considering the advantages of the best location.
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/KWh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
