    Description

    Protaras Holiday Marianna's Beachfront Suite is a cozy and fully refurbished one bed apartment, with a large communal swimming pool located in a beachfront, gated complex on the beautiful Blue Flag white-sand Pernera Beach. The flat itself is just a few steps from the beach and is located on the second floor of a small building of 12 apartments, offering unobstructed sea views.

    Marianna Suite features a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a modern kitchen, fully equipped with all modern appliances. The bedroom offers a large double bed and the living room has a double sofa bed so the apartment can comfortably sleep 4 persons. The balcony equipped with an outdoor sofa set offers beautiful sea views.

    Marianna suite is fully equipped with modern furniture and fully air-conditioned and offers free high speed Wi-Fi with a private internet line and satellite TV with Russian and European channels.

    Within walking distance, you will find a number of beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, mini-markets, pharmacy and all the amenities you would require for an ideal family holiday.
    This 1 bedroom suite is located in one of the best locations in Pernera. Within 100 metres and you will be on one of Pernera's finest Blue Flag beach. Within a short radius you will find a doctor, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and much more.

    Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is fast becoming as popular as neighbouring town Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nightlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Pernera is fantastic for everyone!

    In the area can be found many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer including pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing and much more. Protaras-Pernera also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving night-life in the summer months and all within walking distance from the suite.

    There is also a water park and aquarium near the complex that are great for children of all ages. away. Within 5 minutes’ walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbor and the romantic Sirina Bay.

    Then a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Protaras Center with Pernera start just a few meters from the suite. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk, or for sun-downers/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.

    Listed Prices include 100KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.

    For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro100 over and above the total booking amount.

    This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
