Protaras Eden Seaview Suite is a luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in the heart of Protaras Centre, in a new-built, ultra-modern and secure complex with large communal pool, state of the art gym and just a couple of minutes’ walk to Sunrise Beach, Fig Tree Bay and all amenities.
Protaras Eden Seaview Suite offers unobstructed sea views, a spacious living room with comfortable sofa set and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, a large balcony with dining table and lounge seats. The suite features two bedrooms, both bedrooms offer en-suite shower room and large double bed.
The apartment is fully equipped, fully airconditioned, and carefully furnished to include all necessary amenities, including high speed Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV with English, European and Russian channels as well as sports channels, films and TV Series.
Guests have access to the fully equipped gym and the large communal pool of Eden Residences. The complex is gated and secure and our guests have private parking spots for 2 cars. Access to the upper floors is either via the staircase or the lift.
Located right in the center of Protaras, this stunning apartment, provides very easy access to two of the best beaches in Cyprus and all amenities that Protaras has to offer. This is a residential property, and we require guests to respect the rules of the complex and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
