The location is very peaceful and literally in front of on the best beaches in Europe Blue Flag Fig Tree Bay and the Central Protaras strip. The surroundings are excellent and the beach just around the corner is to die for.
Listed Prices include 200KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro100 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
