    Description

    This incredible beachfront 5 bedroom detached villa offering unobstructed sea views of fireman's bay - sold fully furnished as seen.

    Situated between Cape Greco and Paralimni, Protaras is a modern resort boasting some of the island's finest beaches. With a shoreline of brilliant blue sea, small sheltered sandy bays and rugged cliffs, both sun worshippers and water sports enthusiasts are catered for.

    Only a 300m stroll from the villa you locate fireman's bay beach known for its golden sands and just 800 metres you find the centre of Kapparis village filled with a selection of restaurants, a supermarket, cafes and bars.

    As you approach the front entrance to the villa you are welcomed by the private pathway surrounded by well maintained front gardens. To the left of the villa is a large garage fit for many cars and more parking space on the driveway. This exclusive project is also gated.

    Through the front door you are greeted with a very spacious open plan dining room which continues on to the bright living room, with amazing ceiling lights and instant sea views. To the rear of the room there is a guest downstairs double bedroom with a private en-suite which is beneficial for older relatives or guests.     The marble staircase takes you up to the first floor landing where you natural lighting lights up the lounge and dining room area. On this floor there is a utility room fitted with a washing machine and clothes dryer. The master double bedroom has private access to the large and unique balcony which covers the whole width of the villa. With breathtaking views over the swimming pool and lawn, to the clear blue water of the Bay in front and further panoramic sea views stretching as far as the eye can see. This room has its own dressing room and en-suite bathroom. There are 3 further double bedrooms, one of these has its own en-suite and both also have access to the balcony. A family bathroom is also situated on this floor.

    All bedrooms, the lounge, dining area, and lobby are air conditioned, and there is also central heating throughout, so the property can be enjoyed in comfort all year round.
